Enzed Hobart (AP Kempe Engineering) are seeking a hands‑on and motivated Hydraulic Hose Technician to join us on a full‑time basis. Duties & responsibilities Remove and replace hydraulic/pneumatic hoses. Manufacturer custom fittings. Mobile operation and service of customers. Using your problem‑solving skills to pinpoint and resolve issues for customers as they arise. We are looking for someone with A fantastic attitude – with a diligent work ethic and desire to succeed. Have the skills to be a team player, yet the ability to work alone. Self‑motivation – take pride in your work achievements with the confidence and determination to achieve future goals. Be customer focused with the ability & willingness to build and maintain customer relationships. Have a natural mechanical ability with good knowledge; a trade background with previous experience in hydraulics is an advantage but not essential; mechanical aptitude with great problem‑solving or fault‑finding skills. Ability to undertake manual handling duties, including physical lifting. Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices. Good numeracy, verbal and written skills – have good communication skills – intermediate level fluency in English (read/write/speak). A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship. Be a team player. Ability to problem solve and meet deadlines. Understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices. A current driver's licence (Light Rigid or willing to undertake course) We provide Parker Enzed training: provided after qualifying period, if required. On‑going in‑house training and continued support. Base working week: Monday to Friday (8.00am to 4.30pm) After‑hours: be prepared to work after hours and share after‑hour call‑outs with your fellow hose technicians.
