About the Role We're seeking a driven, solutions-focused professional to join our growing civil engineering team with a clear pathway toward Project Management in the near future. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end project delivery while developing the leadership and commercial skills required for future promotion. Key Responsibilities Assisting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling and delivery Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and on-site construction teams Monitoring project progress against program, budget and safety standards Preparing reports, quality documentation and cost tracking Managing technical queries, inspections and compliance requirements Driving a culture of continuous improvement, safety and efficiency About You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required 5‑8 years' experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment A proactive mindset and ambition to lead projects.
