Join a leading Perth‑based company working on some of WA’s biggest construction projects A leading Perth‑based fire detection installation and maintenance company is currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Dry Fire Technician to join their team. ABOUT THE BUSINESS This privately owned business specialises in the Tier One construction market, with an annual turnover between $5 to 6 million. With a strong presence across some of Western Australia’s largest and most iconic projects including Optus Stadium, Joondalup Hospital, Midland Hospital, and Elizabeth Quay Towers the company is committed to quality, safety, and professional development. The company has a strong track record of training apprentices and is proud to offer a supportive, professional, and friendly work environment that encourages growth and hands‑on learning. ABOUT THE ROLE The apprentice will work alongside qualified technicians and be trained in all aspects of dry fire systems installation and servicing, including: Conduit and containment installation First and second fixing of fire system devices Testing and commissioning Maintenance and fault finding Typical working hours are from 6:00am to 2:00pm, in line with site requirements. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT The ideal candidate will be: Willing to learn and committed to completing a qualification Punctual and reliable A team player with strong communication skills Interested in electronics and electrical systems Educated to at least Year 10 level Comfortable with early starts A current driver’s licence.
