The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business & Office Administrator to join our growing team, based in North Perth. This pivotal role will see you working closely with the Principal, Sales, and Property Management teams, ensuring seamless office operations, business administration, and contract / sales support. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales documentation, including appraisals, listings, marketing material, and contracts Assist with marketing campaigns and online property listings Create property flyers and brochures (using Canva or similar tools) Provide social media and marketing support across platforms Support prospecting activities and team initiatives Deliver exceptional client service – in person and over the phone Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice standards Contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales and property management teams About You Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar office support role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, customer-focused approach Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate team needs Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, DocuSign, Eagle Agent, Canva, and Landgate (or ability to quickly learn) Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance (desirable) Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to growth and success What We Offer Competitive salary package Ongoing training and professional development Genuine career progression opportunities Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture A dynamic and enjoyable place to work If you’re an experienced Real Estate Office Administrator who thrives in a busy and professional environment – and you’re looking to take the next step in your career – we’d love to hear from you.
