Responsibilities Review and challenge changes through the Change Risk process and oversight of Use Cases through the project lifecycle, drawing lessons and practical insights to evolve our AI Risk Framework. Provide advice and guidance to in-scope initiatives on management of material risks; review and, if necessary, escalating material Issues and Risks from Program Risk Registers and GRACE. Expert contribution on DD&AI risk and compliance issues and the design of effective processes and mitigation strategies and controls; advice and recommendations to facilitate adherence to NAB Risk policies. Leverage specialist skills and subject matter expertise from other Risk teams (across functions) as required, supporting building capability across the enterprise to identify and manage AI related risks. Qualifications Experience in risk management and/or review of change and transformation initiatives, including assessment of execution and delivered risks. Strong understanding and management of relevant risk exposures, Model Risk, Operational Risk & Compliance. Technology Change or Risk advisory background is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience building strong relationships with banking executives.
