Service Technician - Gaming and Cash Handling Equipment PureComm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the Central Queensland area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be working on a wide range of cash management and gaming equipment. You will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support and maintenance of this equipment for our customers. We maintain and service many cash handling and gaming sites throughout the region and have a specialised team of Field Service Technicians. If you are successful in this role, you will be responsible for onsite service and repair of clients' equipment. Sites include Banks, supermarkets, pubs, clubs and service stations. You will have a varied and interesting day working on a wide range of equipment which includes ATMs, Note and Coin counting equipment and Gaming Equipment (Poker Machines, Site Controllers and Cash Redemption Terminals). Service areas include Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Moura, Biloela. Key responsibilities will include: If you are successful in this role, you will be responsible for onsite service, repairs, installations and upgrades of ATMs and Gaming Equipment in and around Rockhampton. Travel to service other areas within Central QLD will be required. Training customers to use and maintain machines and devices. Becoming competent in the repair and servicing of a range of cash handling equipment. Such as ATM's, Cash redemption terminals, Cash management machines and Gaming machines. Having a good ability to liaise professionally with our customers to ensure repair service levels are achieved. Ability to manage day to day activities, including scheduled tasks, Preventative Maintenance, and break fix calls. You will need to effectively prioritise work based on customer service level agreements and severity. To be successful in this position you will have: OLGR Gaming Repairers licence or the ability to obtain one. A current Australian drivers licence – Company vehicle will be provided. Willingness to supply a National Police Certificate (NPC) as part of onboarding. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to retain knowledge coupled with a high attention to detail. Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a keenness to learn. Be willing to participate in an after hours on call roster. Excellent personal presentation, organisational and time management skills. Previous experience in the repair of ATM's and gaming machines would be a distinct advantage. An attractive base salary, super, company car, phone, laptop and relevant allowances are on offer.
