You will be held accountable for performance by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training the partner’s staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met. We encourage our partner staff through our forward‑thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple every single day. You are a salesperson, leader and influencer within one or a number of multi‑branded retail partner stores. We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment. You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs. You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates. Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products. You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards. Minimum Qualifications The role requires you to work at our partner stores from Wed to Sun; inclusive of both Saturdays and Sundays Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications See the world in the eyes of the customers and partners by deeply understanding their business needs, challenges, and concerns. Believe that communication is critical to success. You actively listen and discuss the possibilities with customers and teammates alike. Quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people inside and outside of Apple; you are trusted and comfortable in challenging situations.
