About the Role At Egis, we present an outstanding full‑time two‑year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high‑performing Advisory team in Melbourne for 2026 Key Responsibilities Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes. Technical Research: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting‑edge. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings. Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. What do we need from you Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or double degree in Engineering / Business, Engineering / Finance, Engineering / Commerce etc. Relevant work rights to live and work full‑time in Australia Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally Are innovative thinkers and problem‑solvers Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment What’s in it for you What we Offer: Early Career Development Program, including mentoring guidance, training & professional development, and study support.
