About the Role Peninsula Health is the major metropolitan health service for Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula, providing care for a population of around 300,000 people across the life continuum. We are a major teaching and research health facility, training the next generation of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and support staff. Classification Range: Food and Domestic Service Assistant Grade 1 An opportunity exists to join our friendly team on a permanent part‑time basis as a Food Services Assistant. Food Services Assistants are valued members of the wider Support Services team. This role is accountable for the provision of food services for inpatient, visitors and staff, whilst ensuring compliance with Food Safety Guidelines and Victorian Cleaning Standards. The Assistant contributes to a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. Responsibilities • Provide food services for patients, visitors and staff across inpatient and outpatient areas. • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleaning standards. • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming food service environment.
