With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference Our Opportunity Located in Scoresby in VIC, you will be working in the Yoghurt and Desserts Division as a member of the broader marketing team playing a key role in driving our yoghurt brands. As an accomplished Brand Manager you will manage all elements of the marketing mix and demonstrate the capability to develop and implement all consumer/brand research, NPD programs and through the line marketing activities. Some key elements to the role will be : Brand Strategy - Develop and manage key strategies and profit contribution Brand Equity and Health - Distinctive brand positioning, clarity in target audience, establish and evaluate key brand metrics, implement action plans to deliver on these key metrics Product Innovation – Identification and implementation of new product opportunities, project manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery to timeline and business objectives Develop and implement brand plans – Identification of issues, opportunities, objectives, strategies and action plans in the areas of packaging evolution, creative development, promotional campaigns, competitor understanding and sponsorship management & leverage To be successful you will have experience in FMCG as well as having a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce. In this role you will be a skilled project manager, competent at motivating others and confident at analysing financial reports. You will be skilled in brand strategy, consumer insights and portfolio management. A demonstrated experience in guiding brand strategy within a large organisation would be an advantage. You will have successfully managed brand communications and new product development, and be confident providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders in the business. Critical to your success will be your superior planning and organization skills and ability to drive projects through to completion.
