Assistant Store Manager

to help drive the team based in our David Lawrence Birkenhead Point store. The Assistant Store Manager, will have a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the David Lawrence brandWhilst assisting the Store Manager in leading the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end store operations within our David Lawrence Birkenhead Point store, customer service and loyalty sign ups, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, scheduling and reporting.As the Assistant Store Manager this position requires a highly skilled sales expert who can continue to generate success for our David Lawrence Birkenhead Point stand alone store. Previous experience managing a large portfolio of businesses is highly advantageous for this role. We are constantly growing as a brand and are after someone to join us in that growth and develop their retail career.This is a Full-Time position and you will be required to work 38 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 2 years' experience as in fashion retail;Management/Supervisor experience preferred but not mandatory;Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;A huge passion for fashion; andLove for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassadorWe can offer:Generous Clothing allowance and employee discount;Competitive bonus and incentive scheme;Career progression opportunities based on performance; andA dedicated operational sales team with a friendly and encouraging Support Office.If you think you are a perfect match for David Lawrence please apply now by attaching your resume and a cover letter telling us about yourself
