About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Change Lead to play a pivotal role in our Data Transformation Program. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for driving and overseeing all change‑management activities to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the change‑management strategy for the program. Establish governance processes to monitor readiness, adoption and benefits realisation. Develop integrated change plans and oversee execution across multiple streams. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to secure sponsorship and commitment. Provide regular reporting on change progress, risks and mitigation strategies. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience leading change‑management for large‑scale transformation programmes in complex environments. Proven ability to design and implement change strategies that drive adoption and deliver measurable benefits. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels. Expertise in change‑management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci). Experience in financial services or insurance industry (highly desirable). Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
