We're looking for an ICT Administrator with experience with level 2 and level 3 support. The candidate will be happy to work in the office and in the field. person whom understands Virtual environments, familiar with Microsoft Hyper‑V and ESXI would be preferential. Skills in 365, Gsuite and prior knowledge / experience in datacentres will be fondly looked upon also. We have a young, friendly and agile team and like to work as such, we're looking for someone to fit in with our team. Someone who takes pride in the work that they do is very important. We are Looking for personable member who is happy to talk with customers with passion to learn more proactively. Ability to work alone with tasks is an important skill we're looking for also. We believe having someone who has a great personality fit with the staff presently at the company is important as the terrestrial skills you bring with you. An attitude to learn and strong communication skills are a must. The job will vary, from remote desktop support, advanced networking, Wi‑Fi advanced deployments as well as opportunities for on‑site cabling. Their will be on‑call rosters which will require the phone to be answered, escalated to senior staff thereafter. Their is additional allowances for the roster. We understand that some of the skills required may be difficult to know at an entry level IT support position so training as well as on the job learning will be provided. Drivers license & ability to drive a manual vehicle is good, but not mandatory. ETS IT works with some very well known businesses in different verticals, your day to day will be very different. Some of our serviced Verticals Telecommunications Health Retail Pharmaceuticals Construction Legal Health And Fitness Experience with the following is preferred, however not mandatory: Microsoft 365* (mandatory) GSUITE Networking, Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba(Fortinet is preferred) Aruba Data Cabling VMWare and Hyper‑V Security Products (CCTV and Access control) Structured Data cabling UniFi Yealink 3CX Training will be provided to the above candidate, knowledge and willing to learn more is essential. What you will receive Network Training ( Fortinet + Cisco) Work Laptop Microsoft Training (365 services & Hyper‑V) Flexible work options, work from home will be available.
