Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments in shared living, community, and clinic-based settings Deliver direct therapy interventions tailored to individual needs Prepare comprehensive clinical documentation, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), sensory profiles, behaviour support plans, and NDIS review reports Collaborate effectively with clients, families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams Adhere to NDIS Practice Standards in alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework Contribute to a positive, outcomes-focused team culture that values professional development and client success About You: Tertiary qualification in Psychology Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) Demonstrated experience working with clients with psychosocial disabilities, mental health challenges, or neurodevelopmental conditions Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills A flexible and proactive approach to working with clients and their families Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Willingness to obtain the NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate Strong time management skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload What’s on Offer: Competitive salary with attractive salary packaging options Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, community, or clinic-based) Supportive, values-driven team culture Ongoing professional development opportunities Employee recognition and wellness initiatives
