The Opportunity We are seeking a Route to Market & Business Optimisation Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Route To Market (RTM) processes across ANZ. This is a pivotal role driving strategic alignment, unlocking value through advanced analytics, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with our growth ambitions. What you'll do Lead Strategy : Define and evolve the ANZ Route to Market strategy to deliver efficiency, scalability, and customer‑centricity. Drive Governance : Implement and maintain a disciplined, structured RTM framework, ensuring compliance, consistency, and robust controls across markets. Unlock Value : Perform deep‑dive analysis, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to optimise route planning and profitability. Lead People : Build and mentor a high‑performing team of RTM analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability. Engage Stakeholders : Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams to deliver enterprise‑wide impact. About you Extensive experience in Route to Market strategy and commercial operations (FMCG preferred although open to Retail, Consumer Technology or Logistics). Ability to move between being hands on and high level. Ability to deliver complex projects across multiple geographies. Expertise in advanced analytics, including data modelling and scenario planning. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation. Experience driving digital transformation and leveraging technology for operational excellence. Proven capability in building and leading high‑performing teams. Resilient in navigating challenges and maintaining focus under pressure. Highly organised with a structured approach to managing priorities and deadlines. Measured in responses, balancing reactions with thoughtful consideration of situations. Pragmatic in problem‑solving, focusing on practical and effective outcomes.
