Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-standing relationships across multiple entities and generations Lead and mentor team members at all levels Provide a rewarding mix of tax compliance, tax advisory, structuring and strategic business planning services Prepare billings, budgets and proposals Drive efficiency and quality within the division Work with Directors on complex advisory projects Peer Wealth is a full-service financial services firm, combining accounting, wealth management and mortgage broking. Our mission is simple: we collaborate to grow and protect our clients wealth. We pride ourselves on the quality, integrity and professionalism of our team and the advice we provide. Our clients are predominantly SME businesses and high-net-worth family groups. The accounting division includes 12 professionals based in Manly, ranging from Senior Accountants and Client Managers to Intermediates and operations staff. They are supported by a dedicated offshore team of bookkeepers and accountants, all employed directly by Peer Wealth. This offshore team has been established for over a decade and is high integrated, ensuring consistent quality and workflow efficiency. The Candidate CA/CPA Qualified 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Experience managing a portfolio in excess of $1m in fees Exceptional tax compliance skills Proven ability to deliver value-added servicesOutstanding client relationship management Confident, articulate and excellent communication skills Decisive and natural leader We’re looking for a high calibre professional to join our boutique firm.
