A Day in the Life Reporting into the Store Manager, you’ll act as 2IC to motivate and develop the Pacific Fair boutique team to deliver expert skincare consultations and drive sales growth. This role offers tangible responsibility and a clear path for growth within L’Oréal Luxe. Leadership & Development : lead by example, coach daily, run training sessions and support individual development plans. Customer Experience & Consultation : welcome customers, perform personalised skin consultations, recommend routines and manage complaint resolution. Commercial Execution : drive boutique performance through clienteling, promotions, KPI tracking and stock management. Operations & Brand Standards : ensure boutique presentation, compliance with processes and flawless execution of visual merchandising. Proven retail or luxury experience and a client-first mindset matter most.
