C&S Mining Services is a WA‑owned and operated provider of specialised wear solutions, manufacturing, and onsite maintenance for the Australian mining and heavy industrial sectors. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to support our growing operations. We are a family‑owned and operated company based in Neerabup, WA. We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to take ownership of our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems across our Neerabup facility. This position offers flexibility and a blend of strategic oversight and hands‑on support, ensuring all HSEQ policies, procedures, and initiatives are understood, implemented, and sustained across the business. You will play a key role in promoting safe work practices, driving compliance, supporting accreditation requirements, and embedding a strong HSEQ culture within our team. The role of the HSEQ Coordinator includes: Being proactive, organised, and confident engaging with people at all levels Actively contributing to the HSEQ strategic direction of the business Developing, enforcing, and maintaining HSEQ policies, practices, and procedures Maintaining, updating, and continuously improving HSEQ systems, documentation, and compliance registers Providing guidance and coaching to managers and team members on safety and quality standards Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and risk assessments Coordinating training, inductions, and competency records Monitoring HSEQ performance, tracking KPIs, and preparing management reports Ensuring compliance with legislation, industry standards, and internal procedures Supporting initiatives that promote a safe, efficient, and high‑performing workplace Assisting with external audits, certification requirements, and improvement programs Providing support during incidents and non‑conformances Encouraging and contributing to a culture of zero harm and continuous improvement Maintaining professional relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and visitors The suitable candidate will have: Previous experience in an HSEQ Coordinator role within mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry (desirable) Cert IV or Diploma in WHS, or an equivalent qualification (desirable) Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Quality Systems, and Environmental compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 (desirable) Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments Ability to maintain accurate records, policies, and reporting frameworks Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support safe behaviours High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Well‑developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with peers Confident use of MS 365 and other data management systems If you believe this role is the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you Please send your application to ***********@cnsmining.com.au. #J-18808-Ljbffr
