This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence , automation , and innovation in a critical healthcare support function. As part of the Supply Chain Branch , you'll shape the future of healthcare laundry operations through smart systems, data‑driven decision‑making, and a high‑performance workforce culture. What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting ✅ Drive operational efficiency and customer service excellence ✅ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement (LEAN Six Sigma) ✅ Provide motivational leadership to Site Laundry Managers ✅ Oversee HR functions and support union consultation ✅ Ensure risk management and emergency preparedness What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in laundry or manufacturing operations Experience implementing automation and innovative solutions Strong financial, HR, and stakeholder engagement skills High‑level technical knowledge of laundry operations and supply chain integration Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities C‑class driver’s licence (travel required across sites) Vaccination against specified diseases may be required Why work with us? 12.75% superannuation 17.5% leave loading Access to 24/7 confidential employee support providers and counsellors, including for immediate family members Additional flexibility to support your work‑life balance including access to generous leave entitlements, such as purchased leave, domestic violence leave, reproductive health leave, cultural leave, study and examination leave.
