Cook Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator role with a well-regarded commercial builder based on the north side of Brisbane. The company specializes in delivering commercial, multi-residential, and industrial projects up to $20m in value. This role offers a clear pathway for progression to Project Management within a well-structured learning and development environment. Client Details Our client is a mid-tier head contractor operating in high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects planned for 2026 and 2027, they are looking to expand their team with a Contracts Administrator. This is an ongoing, long-term position based on the north side of Brisbane. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Monthly cost reporting Administering variations Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy with experience in modern construction software systems such as Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $130-150k + super Opportunity to progress to Project Management within 18-24 months Stable team and financially strong employer On-site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
