Spray seal Operator/Labourer

As a key member of our spray seal crew, you will contribute to the full cycle of bitumen surfacing operations, from site preparation to final handover. Responsibilities Operating and monitoring spray seal equipment (emulsion sprayers, aggregate spreaders, multi‑tyre rollers). Loading, mixing and applying bitumen emulsions and cover aggregates to specification. Conducting pre‑start inspections, basic maintenance and daily cleaning of plant. Implementing traffic management plans and ensuring site safety compliance. Performing surface preparation, joint sealing, crack filling and site clean‑up. Working flexible rosters, including day, night and occasional weekend shifts. Working away to various locations in and around NSW. Essential Requirements Current White Card. Experience in road construction, spray sealing, asphalt or civil labouring. Physical capability to perform repetitive manual tasks in all weather conditions. Strong safety focus and ability to follow SWMS and risk assessments. Reliable transport and willingness to work. Desirable Qualifications Dangerous Goods endorsement, forklift ticket, traffic control accreditation or plant operator competencies. Experience with polymer‑modified binders or high‑performance seals. HR driver’s licence (MR minimum). #J-18808-Ljbffr
