The opportunity… We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demand Planner to join our team. Reporting to the IBP & Inventory Manager, you will develop and manage sales forecasts within assigned Business Units. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to enhance forecasts with market intelligence, ensuring accuracy over a 24-month rolling horizon. You will analyze market and historical data, forecast future events, and manage the weighted pipeline to improve service efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Experience required: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations At least 4 years in a similar medical industry role Knowledge of SAP IBP and S&OP best practices Proficiency in Statistics, Forecasting, and their financial/operational impacts Strong analytical, data modeling, and critical thinking skills Excellent relationship-building skills Interested?
