Project Engineer – Civil | Bowen Basin Drive the delivery of a major civil infrastructure project with a focus on airport works. Play a key role in shaping safe, efficient operations in Central Queensland. What you’ll do Lead civil engineering activities from project definition through execution Oversee design and construction of airfield pavements, drainage systems, and airside facilities Develop scopes, schedules, and quality assurance processes to meet cost and timeline objectives Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with engineering standards and company frameworks Manage procurement, contracts, and stakeholder engagement with councils, contractors, and regulators Support critical phases including night‑shift operations when required What we’re looking for Civil Engineering degree (RPEQ preferred) 10+ years’ experience in civil project delivery Expertise in airfield pavement and drainage design Strong commercial and contract management skills Location Moranbah region | FIFO/DIDO options | Monday–Friday roster At NES Fircroft, we value diversity and inclusion.
