In collaboration with the Executive Director of Nursing establish the strategic direction and standards for Nursing and Midwifery Education and Training within the Training and Learning Hub for Hospitals North. The Role: Lead nursing and midwifery education and training strategy across HospitalsNorth Develop, implement, and evaluate programs for orientation, clinical skills, and professional development Drive workforce capability and succession planning through targeted learning initiatives Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and qualitystandards Embed evidence-based practice and clinical governance in all educationactivities Collaborate with universities, professional bodies, and internal stakeholders Manage education resources, budgets, and staff effectively You willneed: Current registration as aRegistered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, plus postgraduate qualifications in nursing, education, or healthleadership. Demonstrated leadership in nursing education, workforce development, and compliance with accreditation and regulatorystandards. Strong strategic, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in curriculum design, digital learning, and resourcemanagement.
