We're looking for a Supply Excellence Lead to champion excellence empower teams and drive the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) journey across our site. About the Role As our MSE Lead you’ll be the driving force behind deploying the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program helping our factory reach new heights in performance efficiency and engagement. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Supply Excellence & Industrial Engineering Manager the Factory Management Team and associates across the site to deliver against ambitious goals in Safety Quality Delivery Cost People and Environment . What You’ll Do Lead the charge Drive the MSE program deployment plan and ensure every pillar aligns with our site improvement goals. Empower teams Coach and support team members to build lean thinking problem-solving and continuous improvement capability. Collaborate & influence Partner with the Factory Management Team regional MSE teams and global stakeholders to keep our performance world-class. Drive results Track progress through clear governance deliver milestones and celebrate wins along the way. Be the connector Share insights inspire best practice and help everyone understand how their work contributes to site success. About You You’re passionate about people performance and purpose. You thrive on bringing structure to improvement and seeing teams grow in capability and confidence. Here’s what helps you shine 5 years experience in Supply Operations or Industrial Engineering ideally with exposure to Lean or TPM principles. Experience leading step-change or continuous improvement initiatives. Solid knowledge of Lean tools process improvement and program management. Excellent communication and influencing skills you can bring people on the journey. A hands‑on mindset and a passion for making things better every day.
