The Opportunity Firesafe24 is extending an Expression of Interest for experienced Mobile Systems Fire Suppression Technicians to join our high-performing, fast-paced team in the Bowen Basin region. We have multiple full-time opportunities available across the Bowen Basin region with multiple rosters available including 7 on / 7 off . What You’ll Be Doing Install, service, and inspect fire suppression systems in accordance with relevant standards and regulations Diagnose, trouble shoot and repair system faults or component failures Identify non-compliant items or system defects Accurately complete all required paperwork, service reports, and compliance documentation Provide training and guidance to customers on the correct use and maintenance of installed equipment Build and maintain strong client relationships through prompt, professional communication and site callouts What You’ll Bring Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection & Testing (CPP20521) Sound knowledge or willingness to learn Australian Standards (including AS1851 -2012) Proven experience with mobile suppression system installation and servicing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, safety aware with a strong attention to detail Working at Heights, Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical are desirable but not essential Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fault find and provide practical solutions Strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills Willingness to travel to remote or regional sites What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and allowances Long-term career growth in a fast-growing, agile company Supportive leadership and a high-performing, safety-focused team environment Ongoing training and development to expand your skills and certifications A culture that values initiative, accountability, and technical excellence Ready to Join the Firesafe24 Team?
