About Thrive Thrive Horticultural is a growing Gold Coast business looking after high-end residential gardens, body corporate sites and builder handovers. We’re horticulturalists first – we care about plants, people and doing a tidy, professional job. The Role - Maintenance Team Leader You’ll run a small crew on regular maintenance rounds, keeping established gardens looking sharp and healthy, and jumping onto the occasional install or refresh project. Day to day you’ll be: Leading a small team on scheduled garden maintenance Mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and planting Keeping an eye on plant health and garden improvements Communicating with clients and the office so jobs run smoothly Modelling safe, efficient, calm work on site What you’ll love $31–$45 per hour depending on experience Uniforms, PPE and quality tools supplied Paid day off for your birthday BBQs, social catch‑ups and a team that works hard and has a laugh Ongoing training and real progression pathways as we grow What we’re looking for Solid experience in garden maintenance / horticulture (Cert III a big plus) Comfortable leading at least one offsider on site Passion for gardens, nature and working outdoors Calm, reliable, good communicator – you turn up and get it done Positive attitude, good initiative and a focus on team culture Current manual driver’s licence and full Australian work rights Referral bonus Know someone who’d be perfect?
