The Role Reporting to the Squad Lead, you will be a key contributor in building a new global consumer portal for the UK and Australian markets. This is a true greenfield project using .NET C# and React, where you will translate product requirements into technical solutions while contributing hands‑on across development, documentation, testing, and deployment. You will also help maintain and evolve the component library and design system, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement within agile practices. Mentoring junior developers is an important part of the role, as is contributing to technical investigations, requirements analysis, estimations, and overall technical decision making. Additionally, you will play an active part in incident management, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication with stakeholders, and effective root cause analysis, while continually staying up to date with modern technologies and identifying opportunities to improve performance, maintainability and efficiency. Skills 7+ years commercial experience with C# .NET. 7+ years commercial experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React preferred; Vue.js, Blazor, or similar also considered). Experience delivering UX/UI with accessibility‑first principles. Solid understanding of SOLID principles and modern software design practices. Strong understanding of Web APIs and REST best practices. Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub. Desirable Experience in B2B or CRM software development. Background in industries such as real estate, energy, or utilities. Experience working within distributed or offshore development teams. Sound like you?
