About the opportunity We are seeking a Float Attendant to join our growing City Cave West Melbourne team. This role is suitable for someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring the best City Cave experience. It is a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment. The position is offering between 10-20 hours (1–3 shifts) but will have the opportunity to increase as we head into our busy period. Grow sales and second line of income targets. Recommend services and treatments to help the customers achieve their goals. Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre. Merchandising of inventory. Complete daily and weekly reports for Management. Administration and Diary Management. Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively. Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity; complete marketing for the centre as requested. Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly. Folding and restocking towels. Health Fund Receipting. Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients. Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client. Assist with Social Media Content. About you Positive attitude with a caring and fun personality. Good work ethic. Don't mind getting your hands dirty. Comfortable selling and recommending the best product and services for our guests. Thinking wearing athletic wear to work is great Ability to work to deadline, multi-task and have fun.
