Mechanic / Small Engine Mechanic

About the Role We are currently seeking a talented small engine vehicle mechanic to join our dedicated team. As a Mechanic, your primary focus will be on keeping our equipment in optimal condition. This involves performing regular maintenance, executing timely repairs. Your work will play a significant role in reducing downtime for our field workers, helping us complete projects efficiently and without delays. Responsibilities Provide service, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of turf maintenance machinery including tractors, mowers, vehicles, sprayers, and small engines Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is ready for operation. Conduct diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform some onsite / mobile servicing as required Sourcing and ordering of parts and liaise with suppliers where required. Maintain accuracy in service records and inventory of parts, oils, and filters. Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with all WHS standards.
