You will support a culture of positive engagement within the team and develop an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. As a Team Leader you will provide leadership and direction for the delivery of Physiotherapy services within your team, including the management of staff, resources and leave. You will support a culture of positive engagement within the team and develop an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You will monitor the health and wellbeing of team members and manage caseloads to ensure therapists achieve the appropriate balance to achieve productivity, quality, and role satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the routine audits and some business development projects. We are looking for someone who has an interest in a wide scope of work within Physiotherapy including NDIS and the Aged Care Space alongside Home Care. Do you have what it takes?
