Pay and Schedule Salary: $25–$28 per hour (depending on experience) Roster: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun Positions: 2 part‑time roles available Job type: Permanent – Part time Location: Geelong, Victoria About the Role Cater Care is seeking two Catering Assistants / Baristas to support high‑quality food and beverage service at our key site in Little River, Victoria. You’ll assist with daily kitchen tasks, prepare great coffee, and help create a positive dining experience for our staff. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and meal service Provide friendly and efficient customer service Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and espresso drinks Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and equipment Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Requirements Car licence, own vehicle Previous industry experience Valid visa with work rights Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience as a catering assistant, barista, or in food service Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene Excellent presentation and communication skills Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver’s Licence (site not accessible via public transport) What’s In It For You Award pay + super + penalties Uniform provided Retail discounts across 450+ partners Ongoing training and career development Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About You We encourage First Nations people to consider a career with us.
