The Opportunity This is a career-defining Senior Manager opportunity within the growing Business Services & Advisory team. You’ll lead significant client engagements, partner with business owners on strategic matters, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the division. Key Responsibilities Lead a diverse portfolio of complex clients including SMEs, private family groups and HNWIs Drive business advisory consulting across structuring, strategy and tax planning Oversee delivery of complex financial statements, tax returns and technical reviews Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team of accountants and emerging leaders Manage workflow, budgets, and client expectations at a strategic level Contribute to business development and build external networks Collaborate with Partners on firmwide initiatives and practice growth What We’re Looking For CA/CPA qualified with extensive public practice experience Strong advisory background with proven ability to lead complex engagements Commercial thinker with a track record of driving client growth Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing others Strategic, solution-focused and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Why Join?
