Key Responsibilities Create engaging, educational experiences that support children’s learning and wellbeing. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Work collaboratively with fellow educators to achieve great outcomes for children and families. Represent and promote the service in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s philosophy and values. Participate in ongoing professional development to support your growth. Inspire a lifelong love of learning in every child. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community. Job Requirements Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks. A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 weeks -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
