Exceptional customer service and workplace safety drive our continued growth and we want you to be part of it Your Role As an experienced Occupational Tester, you’ll confidently carry out health assessments including Audiometric, Respirator Fit, and Drug & Alcohol testing, and Health Screens in line with Australian standards and WHS regulations. Our clients are spread across NSW, so you’ll need to be comfortable driving a large campervan style mobile laboratory to allow you to set up and conduct the required testing. The role requires you to work varied schedules (including overnight stays) throughout a standard working week, with very occasional weekend shifts popping up throughout the year also. You’ll start on a casual basis, with the possibility of moving to permanent part‑time as client demand grows. What You’ll Do Conduct health-related testing at client sites (Audiometric, Respirator Fit, Drug & Alcohol) as well as Health Screening and Monitoring at our premise in Cardiff Confidently drive a large van/campervan across NSW Communicate technical and medical information clearly and empathetically Embrace early starts, late finishes, or overnight travel around the state, when needed About You Positive, “can-do” attitude, eager to learn and grow Experienced Audiometric and Respirator Fit Testing technician – HIGHLY DESIRABLE Experienced Drug & Alcohol Tester – DESIRABLE Strong interest in WHS, medical, or occupational testing Able to explain procedures to clients in an empathetic, respectful manner Flexibility to travel for work and adapt to varying schedules Confident, licensed driver Willing to undergo a pre‑employment health assessment, and drug & alcohol screen What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits, aligned with your experience Thorough training and mentorship from our Testing Manager A supportive, flexible, and nurturing team environment Clear pathways to advance within the field of occupational health and safety for those who are driven, and options to move toward part‑time employment for the right candidate How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter via Seek.
