Overview Customer Experience Specialist (FT/Hybrid) – Cogent Thinking. We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to liaise with customers and develop quality relationships that deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders. The role supports Cogent's growth as a market leader in delivering Occupational Health Services. The right candidate is self-directed, solution oriented, confident managing projects while delivering excellent customer engagement for our return to work initiatives. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintain account management plans for key clients. Collaborate with the operational team and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet specified KPIs and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets. Contribute to customer engagement requirements, including coordination of marketing activities, conferences, marcomms and new customer enquiries. Contribute to and eventually lead customer project activities that include technology and product components. Qualifications A tertiary qualification in health or business, or extensive, highly relevant on-the-job experience with a track record of high performance. Minimum 2 years of experience in early-intervention programs and/or workers compensation and/or employer clinical services and/or occupational health. Prior experience managing customer contracts and relationships is desirable. Exposure to marcomms or change processes is desirable. Experience in managing projects with health technology and/or product development is highly regarded. Excellent organisational and time management skills; strong IT skills (MS Office) and a customer service focus. Australian Driver's Licence (onsite visits are expected).
