Ensures accuracy & timeliness in the processing of creditor’s and sundry invoices. Assumes responsibility for reconciling creditor statements with processed invoices. Prepares & completes weekly and monthly electronic payment runs in a timely manner. Ensures all invoices are authorised. Ensures all clerical tasks are completed for the Accounts Payable area, including filing. Performs further duties as directed by the Financial Controller.
