Technical Project Engineer – Danfoss Location: Brisbane, Queensland, AustraliaSalary: A$120,000.00–A$180,000.00Employment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Entry level Overview As a Technical Project Engineer at Danfoss, you will deliver comprehensive and technically sound electrical solutions to our customers. You will manage projects from tendering through installation and training, collaborating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Technical Design and Specification – review electrical specifications, perform calculations (e.g., harmonics, motor loading), and select equipment to meet project needs. Tendering and Sales Support – create and submit tender responses, ensuring technical specifications are understood and met. Project Management and Execution – manage schedules, define scopes of work, order equipment, and coordinate shipments to deliver projects on time. Customer Relations and Technical Representation – attend customer meetings as a technical expert and serve as the key point of contact. Quality Assurance and Training – complete quality assurance reports after project completion and develop and deliver technical training programs for customers. Qualifications Strong technical expertise with VSDs and their application; Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required. Proven project management experience, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail. Customer‑focused solutions – experience delivering tailored solutions and understanding client requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork oriented.
