Overview The Project Delivery Specialist plays a key role in enabling structured reporting, transparent governance, and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring the program delivers measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, service delivery, and business outcomes. Responsibilities Coordination & Team Support: Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day activities across the Core and Listings Project teams resources including business analysts, developers, change managers, etc. Support the facilitation of agile ceremonies and project workshops, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and discovery sessions. Ensure cross-team dependencies, risks, and priorities are understood and escalated appropriately. Scheduling & Delivery Tracking: Support the build and maintenance of the project schedule in MS Project, mapping milestones, dependencies, and resourcing. Align the Microsoft Project schedule with Jira Boards to provide hybrid delivery project visibility and ensure activities are tracked consistently. Monitor dependencies, milestones, and resourcing, flagging potential risks or slippage to the senior project manager. Governance, reporting & registers: Prepare structured status reports, dashboards, and governance packs for project boards and steering committees. Maintain accurate registers for risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring timely updates and escalation. Support governance forums by drafting agendas, recording minutes and following up on agreed actions. Skills: Ability to coordinate delivery activities across large, multidisciplinary teams. Strong skills in MS Project and Jira for scheduling and delivery tracking. Experience supporting M365 case management or workflow implementations. Proven ability to manage project registers and provide structured governance reporting. Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and agile ceremonies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high quality reports and stakeholder updates.
