BD Moon Plumbing has been a trusted leader in the plumbing industry since 1989. Specialising in residential plumbing, drainage and gas fitting in the Greater Sydney area, we pride ourselves on quality and partnering with some of the region's most respected building companies. We are looking for a Plumbing supervisor to join our expanding team. The role is suited to someone with extensive plumbing and construction knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a crew of 3-4 tradesmen, including preparing job sheets and work allocations. Work closely with builders and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard. Monitor and order warehouse stock. Lead and inspire our tradesmen and apprentices, you will be required to train and mentor a crew of 3-4 into high performing and quality driven tradespeople. Coordinate and allocate maintenance requests liasing with clients and builders. Qualities we are looking for Minimum 10 years experience in the residential plumbing and drainage industry. Strong leadership, communicaiton and plroblem solving skills. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Strong competence in reading and interpreting plans.
