About the Role:

As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Residential, Home & Community Health Care teams. Your focus will be on providing coaching, advice, and support to enhance capability and capacity within the local operational team. This role is for you if you are a passionate about all things customer service, you have a deep experience in Hotel Services. You will lead auditing, accreditation, complaints, and incident management. This role offers flexibility, with travel to various locations in North Coast & North West NSW. We are building a progressive team that is motivated to provide excellent care to the people we serve.

**Travel will be required as part of the role.**

This is a permanent full-time role where you'll collaborate with the Operations Support Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing and facilitating improvements, developing quality management strategies, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Experience:

- Customer service experience preferred:** Prior experience in customer service is preferred, highlighting the importance of effective communication and client interaction.

- Certificate in hotel management or business advantageous:** Possessing a certificate in hotel management or business is advantageous, indicating strong organizational and operational skills.

- Previous food delivery and survey experience advantageous:** Previous experience in food delivery and conducting surveys is beneficial, showcasing skills relevant to understanding client needs and gathering feedback.

- Familiarity with household model a plus:** Familiarity with the household model is a positive, reflecting an understanding of holistic care practices and adaptability to innovative care approaches.

**Additional Requirements:**

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality improvement/management role

Flu vaccination

Demonstrated experience in providing advice on complaints management and clinical investigations

High-level understanding of contemporary approaches to quality management in the health and/or aged care industry

A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organization of influence for the most disadvantaged

Skilled at navigating a complex organization, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required
