Expression of Interest - Family Violence Practitioner (Locum) Melbourne, VIC Flexible Short & Long-Term Assignments $61-$64 per hour About the Role Locum Family Violence Practitioners provide specialist risk assessment, safety planning, crisis intervention, and case management for victim survivors and/or people using violence. About You Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Violence practice Must meet the mandatory minimum qualification requirements (Rec 209) Completion of Comprehensive MARAM Training Strong understanding of FV risk assessment, safety planning, and trauma-informed practice Ability to confidently step into fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Availability for four to five weekday shifts (9am-5pm); no weekend work currently available Passionate, adaptable, and committed to improving safety and outcomes for families Why Join Tradewind?
