Employment Support Worker – Expressions of Interest JSW Training & Community Services – Busselton, Bunbury & South West WA. JSW Training & Community Services is seeking expressions of interest for a newly created role as an Employment Support Worker. About Us JSW is a registered NDIS provider experiencing exciting growth across the South West. We deliver tailored support services to NDIS participants, with a strong focus on Finding and Keeping a Job / School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES). The Role As an Employment Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in mentoring and coaching participants toward employment success. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting individuals to identify job interests and explore career pathways Facilitating community connections and workplace engagement Assisting with volunteering, work placements, and work trials Teaching practical skills like using public transport and navigating daily routines We’re looking for someone who reflects JSW’s core values: inclusive, caring, honest, focused, and innovative. Essential Criteria Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport Goal-oriented approach to individual support Competence in using technology for notes and admin tasks Valid WA driver’s license and reliable vehicle Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain) Recent National Police Check First Aid certificate Smartphone access (data allowance provided) Desirable Experience in the disability employment sector Benefits Salary packaging: up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment Access to Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Ongoing professional development and training opportunities If you’re ready to help people reach their full potential and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
