About the Home Bupa Tugun is a modern care home situated in a lovely beachside suburb on the sunny Gold Coast. You will be just minutes from local parks, beaches, cafes, shops and transport options. Along with being one of our welcoming faces, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to help support the operation of the care home. Duties Each CSC has their own portfolio of duties. Generally, we have one that focuses on rostering and pay, one on training / compliance / HR, and one on occupancy and residents, and then everyone has reception duties. Below is an example of tasks but you certainly wouldn’t be responsible for all of them Staff rostering including HR administration support Financial management including petty cash, receipting, and banking Skills and Experience Patience Working in a care home is fun and rewarding, we truly love our residents, but it also requires calm and patience, and a sunny disposition.
