You'll join a talented team of 15+ legal professionals and take on complex, career-advancing files including: High-value property settlements and financial agreements Divorce, de facto, and same-sex relationship matters Parenting disputes, relocation, and child support issues Spousal maintenance and litigation The firm provides structured mentorship and regular check-ins to help you progress from Solicitor to Senior Associate—and potentially into practice leadership roles . You'll work closely with senior lawyers and directors, gaining insight into business strategy, team development, and client management at a high level.
