We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis . This is a hybrid role with a mix of onsite work and work-from-home flexibility once training is complete. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment , delivering high-quality administrative support, and communicating with clients and auditors daily. Responsibilities Managing emails, client enquiries, and phone calls Processing audit reports and maintaining database records Assisting with scheduling and workflow coordination Supporting both the Food and ISO Programs Attending weekly onsite team meetings in Caboolture Working onsite during the initial training period, then moving to hybrid work What We're Looking For Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills (recent experience essential) Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team Recent referees to confirm your experience Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required This role requires someone comfortable with technology and able to quickly adjust to our internal database and online systems. If you do not have strong Excel experience, please do not apply . Highly Regarded (Not Essential) Experience working in a Certification Body Knowledge of HACCP, Freshcare, HARPS, ISO Standards Experience processing technical or compliance documentation Full on-the-job training will be provided.
