Overview We are a Melbourne-based HVAC and mechanical services company specializing in high-quality heating, cooling, and energy-efficient solutions for residential and light commercial clients. Our work covers everything from split systems and ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning to mechanical plumbing, refrigeration pipework, and heat pump installations. We operate across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas, delivering compliant, well-engineered systems that are built to perform long-term not just pass commissioning day. Role Description Installation, commission, service, and repair: Split systems Ducted reverse-cycle systems Heat pumps & mechanical services Refrigeration pipework and pressure testing Mechanical plumbing works in accordance with Australian Standards Fault finding and diagnostics (not guesswork) Completing jobs to a high compliance and workmanship standard Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams Completing basic job documentation and compliance records What We’re Looking For Victorian Plumbing Registration / Licence Solid experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC Strong understanding of compliance, commissioning, and best practice Professional attitude, punctual, and reliable (non-negotiable) Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory) Experience with energy-efficiency upgrades or rebate-based installations Electrical disconnect/reconnect experience Ability to work independently and lead jobs on site Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Water, Waste, Steam, and Air Conditioning Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
