Responsibilities Investigate and Report on activities that potentially pose a threat to the integrity of the operations and casino statutory obligations. Review CCTV footage to resolve all gaming inquiries and disputes from internal and external customers. Monitor alarm systems and coordinate an appropriate response via communications systems to relevant operational departments and emergency services. Maintain a high level of job knowledge relating to CCTV, gaming, security, alarm systems and other job related systems. Monitor and Report on all critical incidents across The Star complex. You thrive in creating and maintaining a safe venue for all. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Surveillance operations at The Star Sydney. Join us in making a difference. Requirements What we are looking for Willing and available to start late January. Availability to work a rotating roster (12hr shifts), including weekends & public holidays. Excellent keyboard typing proficiency & computer skills. Well developed written and verbal communication skills. Casino gaming experience preferred but not essential. Attention to detail with good focus & concentration ability. You will have a great eye for detail with hands on problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment using multiple systems.
