Car Parts Warehouse Operator

This is a hands‑on role working across sales, warehouse organisation, and basic office/admin tasks. You’ll be helping ensure customers receive their orders quickly and accurately, while keeping the sales and warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product enquiries via phone, email and online platforms. Provide accurate information on turbochargers, engine parts, accessories and availability. Process sales orders, invoices and warranty‑related requests. Support the sales team with quoting, product selection and upselling when appropriate. Maintain excellent customer service and follow‑up communication. Order Processing & Dispatch Pick, pack and dispatch daily orders accurately and on time. Prepare shipping labels, book couriers and manage tracking updates. Ensure parts are packaged safely, especially sensitive components like turbos and injectors. Handle returns, exchanges and warranty assessment intake. Warehouse Operations Receive and check incoming stock deliveries. Organise shelves, storage bins and product labelling to maintain an efficient warehouse. Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies. Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and well‑organised. Inventory & Systems Management Update stock levels in the system after sales and replenishments. Assist in forecasting low stock and preparing purchase requests. Help maintain accurate product listings on the website or ERP system. General Administration Support daily office operations, filing and documentation. Prepare product information sheets, delivery notes and internal reports. Assist with basic marketing tasks such as uploading product photos or descriptions. Team Support Work closely with both the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Communicate order status, issues or delays promptly. Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
