Field Tester | Warabrook We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Concrete Field Tester to join our team at the Warabrook Laboratory, 2 hours north of Sydney. Driven by excellence and high performance, together we will shape Australia’s construction materials industry and build a legacy for generations to come Role Overview The role involves performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas, carrying out equipment calibrations, conducting laboratory testing operations, ensuring NATA requirements are met and assisting the technical team. Key Responsibilities Perform field testing across the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas. Carry out equipment calibrations. Conduct laboratory testing operations. Ensure NATA requirements are met. Assist the technical team. Required Qualifications & Skills Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential). Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card. Great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Tenacious and take ownership of responsibilities. Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and motivated to achieve goals. Experience or training in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential). Solid health and safety behaviours. Strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal). Physically fit. Ability to read Standards and Specifications and execute accordingly. High motivation and enthusiasm. Risk awareness and safety‑driven mindset. Benefits Permanent full‑time role with weekend shifts and RDOs. Competitive hourly rate starting at $32.07, up to $36/hour based on experience and competency level. Weekly pay cycle and monthly RDO accrual. Fully maintained work ute and phone, uniforms & PPE provided. High degree of autonomy and opportunity to visit most projects.
